I ordered from robustgoods.com because I figured the higher price probably meant better quality, but it just felt average once it arrived.

The item itself is fine and usable, but nothing that really stood out to me. I’ve seen similar products for quite a bit less elsewhere, and the shipping wasn’t especially quick either, so the whole experience didn’t feel worth the extra cost.

Just my two cents for anyone in the community comparing options: I’d recommend shopping around before buying here. It might work out for some people, but for what I paid, I don’t feel like I got great value

I ordered this not really knowing what to expect, but once it showed up and I started using it, I was happy with it. The quality feels solid, and so far it’s been holding up really well with regular use. The only thing was the delivery box looked a little beat up when it arrived, so I was worried at first, but thankfully the actual item was fine. Overall, good stuff and I’d buy it again.

Everything in my order was exactly right, which feels like a tiny miracle these days. The box was in decent shape and packed well enough for me, nothing fancy, but everything arrived safe and sound.

The return process was annoying, and it felt like my refund took forever to show up. I dont think it should have been that much of a hassle.

I ordered from Robustgoods the product itself was fine. No real complaints there. But trying to get a simple answer from customer support? What a joke. I emailed them with a basic delivery question and then just sat around waiting for days.
When they finally got back to me, the reply was super short and barely answered anything, so I had to follow up again. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for something simple, it definitely shouldn’t take that much effort
